What's your aim. Increased pace or increase distance or both? Well done on doing 3x30 mins in a week. I'm not doing that yet

I think I would like to increase my pace but I'm not ready yet I run up 2 hills which to me are steep and then I recover on the flat if I was to increase my pace I would need to cut out the hills and find an all flat route , but I've got all the time in the world to do what want I'm just enjoying being a runner πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Running up hills is really hard. Well done. Most of my runs are pretty flat. This running lark is great though isn't it. My aim is to get to 10k.

It is hard to hill run but I thought I would try it just to see if I could , get out if breath but then running in the flat I manage to get my breath back . Good luck getting from 5-10k keep us posted 😊

I don't mind running up hill I just find running downhill kills my old knees so I try to avoid them at the moment

Running up hills is really good for sneakily improving both your pace and your stamina.

Well done. I did a few 30 and then 35 minute runs, then just went for the 5k. It took me I think 48 minutes the first time. Since then I have tried to run 5k every run and the time is gradually coming down without me consciously trying to get faster. I did it in 41:30 today 😊 Just keep going and the speed will come.
