W5R3 in the bag! Best run yet, as actually got into a rhythm and felt a ‘lightness’ to my running, sounds weird I know. Have recorded my runs on Strava and can’t believe how in no time I’m getting a bit quicker. Sorry for sounding a blow ass... just canna believe it!😀🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Yaay that sounds brilliant! Now to chase that feeling - it is addictive you know 😄. Gives you something to hang onto during not so good runs. BexCanRun really can 👏😄.

Best wishes for the rest of the programme - you're over halfway now.

P.S. Hint. Give the next run some respect (check out Topics Week 6 on the right of the page 😉)

Thanks for the tip, your so right about respecting week 6, as I can see me thinking it’ll be dead easy after running 20 mins! X

How do I find the tips? May be I’m being a bit thick😀

I view from my IPad and can see headings and titles for Related Runs, Pinned posts and Topics (when you go into this one it shows each week and a couple of other sections) on the right of the page.

I'm sorry but if using your phone, I don't know as I've never used it to access this. Can you do a search for Topics? Might bring it up for you.
