I honestly didn’t think I could run for 20 mins straight. To be honest, that length of time was quite intimidating so I put it off for a few days. At about 5 mins I almost gave up but, before I knew it, I was halfway through then at the end I even sped up a bit to finish the run. Like Laura said - it’s about training the mind at this point because the body has been training enough up until now - just got to push through and I’m glad I did. I’ll try not to leave too much time in between runs. Feeling good about the next few weeks! 😁

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 Tammy k, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃

Very well done... move slowly and steadily onto Week 6. Relax as you move into the next runs... they are getting longer and are just perfect fro relaxing into. Gently as you go:)
