WOW I didnt think I would manage this earlier and on my second 5 min run I nearly gave up cos I was so tired but Michael Johnson spoke just at the right moment to tell me I only had 1 min left to run!! Boy was I glad to finish that but I DID IT. Im so pleased with myself. This is changing my lifestyle and mental process completely and I know its not just a "fad" like all the others Ive tried. Even my husband now jokes at me that I comment about nice surfaces to run on when we're out and about walking our dog!😆😀

Great for finishing wk4r1 when you think you want to stop just slow down and try to keep going good luck 😊

Well done! Amazing progress and looks like you’ve really caught the running bug. You might find it useful to learn to run a bit more slowly? Although this is called c25k it’s really about getting you to run for 30 minutes. I post this a lot on here but it *really* worked for me - search ‘Japanese slow jogging movement’ on youtube - a great technique for low-impact injury free running. After you’ve graduated you can work on pace or increasing the duration of your runs to get to 5k. I’m a fairly recent graduate and I still run very slowly! But now I’m at the stage where I’m slowly adding more time to eventually hit the 5k mark!

Well done 👏👏. Maybe on your next run start a bit slower than you normally do and if you feel good further into your run then speed up a little. Good luck with your running 😊🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
