Fantastic stuff - well done Plumscotska! Just got there myself on Wednesday (62, me). Let’s keep going! 👍🏻😀🐞
Magic ! 🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well done you and both your knees 😄
Maybe for my 70th birthday?!
Congratulations! What a superb achievement. Have you found that the running is easing your arthritis? One of the reasons I started this is I’d started to feel some twinges in my knee and a hip - and it’s really helped. Hardly get any now. How’s it for you?
Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.
