Wowsers Wowsers Wowsers I went outside with trainers on for the first time since starting C25K no more Zola Budd barefoot in the lounge for me - yes it was harder yes I’m sweatier and yes I was slower but I’m so glad I did it as I’m now ready for the second trimester obviously without the baby 👶🏻 thank goodness 😂
So W4R1 route planned - well it’s not a route it’s the park on the running track but it’s outdoors, did I tell you I’ve ran outdoors yay me 🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️
Have a great weekend everyone

Great , I ran on a ash running track for the first few weeks then when out in the streets to run it took a few week to get used to it but it's good . Good luck with wk4
I made a promise to myself I would do this entire challange outdoors after fearing people laughing at me and instead it's been amazing with other runners saying hi as the pass.
