So yesterday I completed my first run of week 2 and my legs where a little sore but I managed to finish it, however, I later noticed that my left leg is slightly swollen..
I've attached an image of my legs (sorry) - I don't think it's anything too drastic but I'm due to do my second run of week 2 tomorrow night and wondered if I'd be ok? My leg doesn't hurt but I can tell it's a little 'odd' if that makes sense without seeing/touching it, or maybe it's because I just know it's swollen?
If you can look at the image my left leg on the left side is swollen compared to my right. I have unusually large calves due to my Muscular Dystrophy (Beckers) and have had them all my life - I'm told I shouldn't able to run due to my condition but I'm (almost) managing just fine!
