Graduated today and still had a little bit left in my legs when I finished!

It’s a horrible damp grey day today and I don’t think I would have gone out if it hadn’t been W9R3 But I’m so chuffed! I’ve done it! I have never run in my life thanks to the horrible memories of my school games teachers in the 70’s. I turned 60 this year and this time I’m running because I WANT to do it! I have only done 4K but I know I can build on that because today I still had a little bit left in my legs when I finished.

Congratulations! Great weather out there, I dunno what you mean 😂. Good run to finish the programme on... enjoy celebrating and your consolidation runs will develop that strength you still had at the end today.

You look so happy in that photo Sonzi, and quite rightly so, congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating 🎓. 😊 To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE next to your username leave a message on the November graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K 🎓 🏃 😊
