Not my usual route as I'm away from home...but I started with a downhill then the majority on the flat which was fine....the last 4 minutes were uphill and getting steeper so I just slower right down...thought I was going to have to stop but managed to keep going. Really chuffed and looking forward to the next one. 😀
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃 😊
