Just done w5r3 quite easily with everyones encouragement. Thanks you lovely people. I have no fears about future runs In the programme. I am 64 now and a couple of stones overweight and am wondering what I can achieve. Thanks again.

It’s just brilliant isn’t it, the progress we make? A minor miracle! Just go nice and slow over the next few weeks and you’ll be amazed at what you can do!!

I did Week 5 Run 3 last night and was dreading it I have to say. I did it. I started off feeling stiff but by the end of it, even managed to increase my speed. Never felt out of breath once. Now I feel if I have managed 20 minutes of running, I will be able to manage 30 minutes of running by Week 9. Feeling right proud of myself. My husband is doing it with me as well and he smashed it also even though he felt a little off colour at the start. If you havent done this run yet, you will amaze yourself. xxxx

Well done you! I did it this morning too. No idea how, but it’s a nice feeling, isn’t it!
