So finally getting back to my Rhythm of running every other day. Can’t believe I managed to run for 15 minutes and it wasn’t impossible. I’m physically tired tonight after also doing my yoga class but it’s a good feeling. Sunday will be the proof. Can I cover 20 minutes nonstop?

You sure can do 20 min! I believe in you!

I did that run today and I was on a high for the rest of the day! So much so that I was bold enough to try cooking something new for the family meal. It's shocking what it drives us to! 😂 🤣 Xx

Correct, I finished week 9 run 3 on Tuesday getting itchy feet, setting off up Snowden in 5 mins, who’d have thought.

I couldn’t run 100mtrs in November.

I have the 20 min run tomorrow, did my run 2 yesterday, and felt ok at times, but at the start my legs started to feel it.

Thx for all the words of encouragement it really helps! Also was in London today and small victories but I didn’t use any tube escalators but trotted up the stairs. Could never have done that before starting this so great to know my core fitness is getting better and better
