So I’ve managed to complete all 3 runs of week 1 first time round and I’m feeling proud. I definitely found this one the toughest though but maybe that’s because I’m not very well. On to week 2 now 😊

Congratulations Kaf 95 on completing week 1, but if you are not feeling well hold back for a few days then you can do week 2 when you're feeling better.
My 3rd run on week 1 was AWFUL and I was seriously considering redoing the week but I did w2r1 today and it was AMAZING!!
This makes me feel so much better, I felt terrible the whole way through and really struggled. It felt like I was back to where I started, not what I expected at all!
Week 1 is definitely hard. Well done for sticking with it.
You are not just training your muscles, you are also training your heart, and lungs, and most important your will-power. You can expect it to get gradually better, not easier, but better.
