I feel such an achievement in completing week 1, 1st because I didn’t think I would and 2nd as I’m much more positive about week 2. Strangely I’m looking forward to it

Well done - getting through wk1 is a real achievment😊 even though the runs start to get a little longer - you have your first wk to look back on and spur you on.
