I've just finished my first week. Didn't find it easy but I am so pleased that I managed it. Running into wind is not easy😳. Slightly nervous about week 2!

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and you might find the link to the post about mental approach helpful if you are feeling nervous.
Enjoy your journey.
Welcome yeti5!! It seems so far and almost impossible to imagine getting to week nine and running for 30 minutes doesn't it? But from one who just graduated a few days ago let me tell you the program flies by and you will feel so great overcoming each challenge! It's been a life changer for me and I'm certain it will be for you too!
