Well this morning I’ve completed W2R3 and I’m feeling good ..... my breathing is getting more regulated, my posture is straighter - YEP I’m getting in to this now, and with the Soul tunes blasting I’ve even created a new brisk walk as I’m swinging my hips like Beyoncé - I’m going to call it the jitterbug walk seems appropriate for the music 😜
Anyhow back to body project now and then a nice day of trainer shopping. Good luck to everyone wherever you are up to xx
