Let down massively by technology today! I've been faithfully following the programme and have just tried to do the first 8min X2 run (W5R2). I played a podcast for the first time and although at first Sarah Millican came on fine, a little over half way through the first 8 min run I wondered where she'd gone. App totally stopped! Argh!! I spent the next couple of mins trying to sort it, found it tried to catch up, lost it again and then lost all sense of where I was. Devastating really as I've been following it so carefully up to now. I then just walked home dispondently. Oh what to do ? Do I repeat this one on Sunday (back to silence: safer) or do I go to the 20 minute run which I was aiming for ? Am crushed! And I was doing so well! 😒 Help?

I agree with Buddy34 - chalk it up to experience and try again after a rest day. You’ll be back on track in no time.

I’d repeat too. 5:3 is a challenge, and it helps your legs and your confidence to know you’ve completed everything before. Shame though ! Hope it all goes well next time x

Do you have a watch you can use as a back up? I'd repeat the run and keep a check on time with the wristwatch. Good luck

That’s a damn shame. I’d repeat the run and chalk today up as a practice session.
Have you tried the App ? I found the podcast unreliable. With the App you’ll still have Sarah and can also play your own music I find it much more user friendly. You can join it from any point in the programme. 😊🏃🏼♀️
