I done it!! After being so disheartened at my first attempt I have only gone and completed it! Looking back i think I failed the first attempt as my usual run route i'd been using in previous weeks wasn't long enough so when I got to the end I was dithering about which way to go. Today I had a new run route, new playlist and determination I was going to nail it..... and I did! It was tough but definitely doable. Feel fantastic now 😊 Thanks everyone for keeping me focused x
