I’ve just finished week 8 and on the last 2 runs I’ve developed a blister on my right heel! Same trainers so not sure why! They’re not expensive trainers so wondering if I’ve worn out the padding!! Any advice please!

Check out the advice on shoes in this link... your shoes, next to you, are your best asset.. and your socks too :)

Getting longer runs now, so worth getting sorted ready for Graduation and beyond:)

Were your shoes laced as per normal?

Were you wearing different socks?

Running socks provide extra layers at pressure points to help avoid blisters.

If you have reached W8 then it really is time to think about proper running shoes fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop.

Expensive or not... if shoes are worn it’s time to replace them!

Good job on the run.
