You are amazing you hav edone wel 8 go back to week one and remember how you felt about up and coming week 2. You know you are stronger fitter and will do week 9
Well done on getting so far! I was a bit reluctant too about week 9 - you know you can do it, but I think it was knowing the programme was coming to an end that messed with my motivation a litttle. Just remember that you will feel an amazing sense of achievement when you complete the final run and start thinking about your next goals because you are now a runner!!
Steady, slow and just do what you have been doing. Relax and run... the new running legs are beginning to find their happy pace... They know what to do... so let them and enjoy the gentle,longer runs towards that podium. We will all be there waiting to cheer you home
