I really dislike the walking bits now, so today I ran straight through the last one. And I've increased my speed. Just one more faffy run to do and I can just keep going.

Well done. I hated the walking in weeks 5&6 too, but you’d be best served taking thin... that 3rd run is even more liberating then as well!
