So I graduated about 8 weeks ago and could run for 30 mins but never made the 5k. With holidays and everything else I still ran but couldnโt get there however today was the day - I just went and completed 5k and did it in 41.5 mins - Iโm so chuffed. Thanks to all on here - it really does feel amazing. Park run here I come ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ

Amazing well done! 5k will seem easy when your running 7 in a few weeks
Yay, very well done! ๐๐๐ You definitely wonโt regret registering for parkrun, itโs such good fun! Go for it! ๐๐
Great stuff OKES the 1st one is a bit special well done ๐
Great job... determination and hard work got you there... enjoy that parkrun!
Well done you!!! Have you decided What running life will be for you? Faster.....further or just continue as you are? I am still only running 30 mins 3 times a week I am enjoying the after achievement feeling but still finding the run hard going though must admit hills are now in my routes
Hi Fershome - thanks a mill. Iโm so elated to be able to do the 5k so will repeat for the next 4-5 runs and then do the park run. Iโd prefer to run further distance not too strict re timing !! I just am so happy I can do it but I love it when Iโm out there. Donโt get me wrong every run is tough so hope it will get better.
How about you what are your goals??
