Going into week 6 couch to 5k.
Last week last run of 20 minutes got quite tough. Good to see week 6 mixes it up again

I found week 6 first 2 runs quite comfortable, after the 20 minute run of w5r3. I’ve got the 25 minute run of week 6 up next.

Well done, but don't underestimate W6R1, it catches many people out.
