Finally finished πŸŽ‰ it’s taken me about 3 months to finish but I’ve finished 😍 and this is my 3rd time starting and finally finishing C25K 😁

I’ve learned a lot about myself on this journey.

I Love running 😍 it’s good for my mental health, it clears my head, stops me worrying or stressing about things, I’m so much fitter then I’ve ever been in my life. Don’t get me wrong I’m like a snail 🐌 slow and steady but I don’t stop and keep going. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Even got my eldest son running πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈso loving spending time with him 😍

I’m super proud of myself as I’ve never finished/stuck to anything in my life, other than my husband (25 years and counting)

My next step is to get a bit faster and build on that, then maybe start to go further.

I’ve loved every run, and every run has been different. 😁

Only downside I’ve become a bit of a running bore 😜 and love shopping for running gear 😍

Never mind how long it took you to graduate, you did it, congratulations Mansbird on completing and graduating from C25K with week 9 run 3.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE πŸŽ“ next to your username leave a message on the February graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K πŸŽ“ πŸƒ 😊

Well done! No wonder you're proud! It's taken me just under three months too to get to this stage, with one run to go to graduation ... haven't had to repeat a run, but have frequently had to have more than one rest day when life has got in the way. Learning to fit this around life is key though for me, means I know I'll be able to continue beyond the end of the programme. I plan to aim for a bit further before faster though.

Same here, I’m better running if I have 2 or even 3 days rest x x

Well done Jaci! Great result and shows determination. You’re in the right place to chat to other running bores when those around you aren’t interested! We are also happy to discuss Lycra. I have never owned as much before! And we like photos of running shoes too. You are in the right place! πŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ…πŸ’₯
