Finally finished π itβs taken me about 3 months to finish but Iβve finished π and this is my 3rd time starting and finally finishing C25K π
Iβve learned a lot about myself on this journey.
I Love running π itβs good for my mental health, it clears my head, stops me worrying or stressing about things, Iβm so much fitter then Iβve ever been in my life. Donβt get me wrong Iβm like a snail π slow and steady but I donβt stop and keep going. πββοΈ
Even got my eldest son running πββοΈso loving spending time with him π
Iβm super proud of myself as Iβve never finished/stuck to anything in my life, other than my husband (25 years and counting)
My next step is to get a bit faster and build on that, then maybe start to go further.
Iβve loved every run, and every run has been different. π
Only downside Iβve become a bit of a running bore π and love shopping for running gear π

Well done! No wonder you're proud! It's taken me just under three months too to get to this stage, with one run to go to graduation ... haven't had to repeat a run, but have frequently had to have more than one rest day when life has got in the way. Learning to fit this around life is key though for me, means I know I'll be able to continue beyond the end of the programme. I plan to aim for a bit further before faster though.
Well done Jaci! Great result and shows determination. Youβre in the right place to chat to other running bores when those around you arenβt interested! We are also happy to discuss Lycra. I have never owned as much before! And we like photos of running shoes too. You are in the right place! ππββοΈπ π₯
Congratulations! Sorry to hear you may now be addicted to this... actually to hell with that... itβs the best addiction! Celebrate well and enjoy your future running journey
