So I’ve been in search of my mojo. It’s been gone for a few weeks now. Looked everywhere, but nowhere to be found.
I was dragging myself into the gym all during week 8 and the first run of week 9.
Today I sort of felt like it. Not a lot, but ran anyway, because I want to graduate on Wednesday, before I do the Worthing parkrun coming Saturday.
Finished running, finished listening to my music and Michael Johnson doing his best to keep me running, finished watching the show that was on my treadmill tv (some documentary about fighting) and started my cool down walk, whilst switching channels.........
.....until I stumble upon the Eurosport one.
