I am working night shifts at the moment but am due my W7 R1 and it's upped 5 minutes. I CAN do this,I CAN. Wish I could use my break to run tonight.

Years ago I used to work nights for a short time, hated it, used to wake up at 11am thinking it was the middle of the night, last thing I would have done back then was go for a run. If its not possible for you to go for a run during your break, either do it in the morning before you go to bed or after you wake up probably around 2pm after you have had a sleep.

Tough fitting everything in when you’re on nights, but you’re right, you can do it and you will. We’re all on your side here x
