Just ran w2r1 and felt great. It definitely pushed me a little from week 1 but it's meant to so really happy, and I had my little 7 year old running buddy with me today who basically ran the full 30 minutes....ahhh to have that much energy again!

Aww bless him. Good boy for sticking with you for the full run. And well done you - I bet you had to do a bit of talking whilst running!
My 8 year old told me his legs were ‘built for speed’ and I went too slowly for him. I’m taking him to Junior Parkrun next weekend, weather permitting - we’ll see if 2km slows him down!
