First run is the hardest as you don’t know what to expect. Brilliant that you have started this and this forum will help keep you going. Slow and steady is the key.

Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1, once you have completed week 1 you won't have a grumpy face or counting every second to the end, you will start to enjoy the runs, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1.
