well what a chilled out run ive just had didnt check the garmin till well after a hour just ran along not a care in the world thanks to the music of haim vampire weekend and ended with london grammar small recovery run tomorrow oh the 1hr 56 min thats half m time of 1hr 49 since i dnt drink much bar of choci for me happy running all

thanks ive just read your post made me laugh i hate the start and near the end the rest of it was pure running bliss and give the sis gels a try one s enough for a 13 miles i dnt have one unless i need it speed training will help you out thats why i keep having all these pbs another last night onward and upward mrs j happy running
