After my post about lack of motivation and not being able to get past 20 mins, I’m heading out for early run in the morning. I’m setting a target of 23 mins, I know it’s an odd amount but thought if I put it on here I’ll HAVE to do it. Any longer is a bonus. I’ll let you all know how I get on! Happy running all 🏃♀️🏃♀️

I’m going to go out this evening, I’m not going to set a time though as I struggle in the evening. I’m just going to go as long as I can and when the gremlins tell me no more, I’ll carry on a bit longer. 😂😂
