Couch to 5K Android app crashing?

Has anyone elses app crashed while out running? Mines did it 3 times while out tonight. Total pain in the A.

It did happen to me once a while ago, I was rerunning week 3 and it should have been a 3 minute run turned out to be about 6 minutes until I realised that the app had "crashed", however, it only happened once, its a pretty reliable app.

I'm on android and haven't had any problems.

I don't know if it's because my Spotify and Fitbit apps are also running at the same time.

I've given up on the app for that reason. I'm using the podcasts now but hate the bingly bongly music that comes with them!
