I graduated in Dec 31st and have been running 5K 3 times a week and I have to say, I’m beginning to find it’s actually so much more manageable than when I graduated!! It’s hard to believe it will ever get easier. My pace is the same as I remember Michael Johnson telling me that slow running builds stamina which I’m happy with. I’m not interested in PB or anything like that. Stick in there if you’re finding it hard. X

Good post and really good to hear my intention at the start of this is to be able to run for 30 minutes 3 times a week the distance will be what it will be.
