Trainers?

Hi everyone,

1st post- yay! 🙂 I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a new pair of ladies trainers? My trainers are so old they don't make them anymore! I would like something similar to my current pair though. I have a pair of nike vomero 7s.

I could recommend a few... probably all not the best for you. The recommended way is to go to your local specialist running store for gait analysis... this will give you a few suitable pairs to try... and the most comfortable of them is your running shoe.

You are probably better trying on a few pairs but for me I bought Asics trainers they are really bouncy underfoot. See what suits you
