Coffee after parkrun?

How do people do coffee after parkrun? I’m freezing in my own sweat 10 minutes after I’ve finished parkrun. Do they take wet wipes and a change of clothes? Asking for a friend 😉

I haven’t completed one yet but have my eye on one when I finish week 9 if all goes to plan. That’s organised in a leisure centres grounds so they offer their lockers and showers for a small fee looking at the website. See if there’s anything near by that might do the same for a small contribution

I haven’t been for coffee after our parkrun yet but this week is a celebration: 600th parkrun at this venue so I might go this time. I figure that everyone is sweaty so nobody will be that bothered!

It’s not a personal hygiene thing really, not so much being sweaty, it’s when the sweat gets cold, I start to shiver and I feel like I’m freezing in my own sweat

If you need it. Change all items of clothing. Take warm clothes. Enjoy !
