I'm back! :)

Until this week I hadn't been running for AGES. This week has been great though! I ran 5 times this week. Instead of the C25K I've been using the headspace guided runs which I find much more fun to listen to. Tomorrow I'm going to start week 8 just for pride- even though I've been running for more than 30 mins this week! 😋

I hope I can keep it up!

Not heard of headspace. I’ll go check that out once finished the C25K

I use the ones on the Nike run club app. I find them more relaxing and they talk a lot more which is a sometimes a welcome distraction 😂 Good luck!

Assuming you are new runner, with less than six months of regular running under your belt, it is crucial to have the rest day between runs, otherwise your idk of injury rises considerably.

Take care.

I’ve been running on and off for about a year now. I kind of just abandoned the C25K and did my own thing. I have to have my rest day this week anyway because of work and things 😂

Be careful! I sprained my MCL and haven’t been able to run for nearly 3 weeks and was on crutches. I was so pleased to have reached W8!

Ouch! I’ll be more careful now. I’m just really impatient 😂
