W9R3 - Sleet, gales, laughs and smiles

My wife and i have just finished the final run of the programme. Sleet, gales and lots of uphill sections....but an amazing sense of achievement. If i can complete this programme anyone can. The hardest part of the entire 9 weeks? Getting out of the front door. A days rest and then we'll re-focus on the next goal.

Totally agree the hardest bit is venturing out of the front door 😁

haha that is great! Sausage sandwiches are one of the things I daydream about when I'm out on massive moorland adventures for some reason. Maybe my brain associates it with the ultimate comfort treat when I'm cold, knackered and starving! haha! You certainly deserved yours! :-)

Congratulations and well done to you both. Just do 3 weeks of running 30 minutes until you move onto anything else to consolidate your running. How great that you did this together. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️👏👏👏🎓🍾🥂
