My wife and i have just finished the final run of the programme. Sleet, gales and lots of uphill sections....but an amazing sense of achievement. If i can complete this programme anyone can. The hardest part of the entire 9 weeks? Getting out of the front door. A days rest and then we'll re-focus on the next goal.
