I done w4r2 on Thursday n due to commitments I planned to do r3 today. Unfortunately my crohns has reared it’s ugly head this morning and I can’t leave the house. Just hope I’ll feel better tomorrow and can finish week4. I don’t want to go backwards ☹️

Poor you. Don’t worry though- just get out there when you can, you won’t be going backwards. I had a friend with crohns and he though exercise was core to his being able to manage it and cope. So you’re definitely doing the right thing. Don’t be disheartened. Good luck.
You won’t go backwards. It is your health that has held you back, not laziness etc get better then go ahead. Well done for getting toW4. 🤗
