Missed my run yesterday and all I did was make excuses in my head not to go. Taking my kit to work today to make no excuses and I’m only on W1R1!!! Long way to go.

Go for it you know you want to! I have my 25 min run tonight so get that self satisfied feeling by getting yours done early and then think of us all convincing ourselves to get ours done!!!

Get through W1 slowly and then you have ticked off an entire week. Just remind yourself of the reasons you started this program.

Don’t worry! I did my third week 1 run today I should have done it last week but I made excuses and ate crap! Feel great for doing it today and I’m back on track, you can do it 💪🏻
I started this programme the first week of January and I’m now on week 5, so do that maths 😆😆 I’m enjoying myself much more now I’m doing it in a more relaxed fashion. If I run on a Monday and it’s raining on Wednesday, I’ll run Thursday. If I’m supposed to run for 5 minutes and it’s not going so well and I have to walk in the middle of that, I do the best I can that day, and the next running day, I repeat the one I struggled on before I move on. As long as you keep going out the door nothing else is set in stone. Just try not to have a full week off, I found I struggled breathing after 6 days off, so I just repeated that run. I’ll get there eventually 😃🐢
