I started this a few months ago and couldn't run to the end of the garden! I graduated Xmas week and been running since. Still using the programme to get faster and stronger by using the timings for pacing myself and doing faster short runs. Not run this week as down with a chest infection but hoping to be back on it in the next couple of days. Thank you everyone for keeping me motivated and giving loads of help and advice.

I was the same and started 3 weeks ago. Couldn’t run at all! Amazing what this app and good pair of trainers can do. Can’t believe next week I’ll be running for 5 minutes!
