Sluggish Interval run after sluggish interval sleep! No alcohol, healthy food, no late night but pacing the floor at 4 am .....what’s that about?

Done now but an effort!

to push slightly at the end of the last run interval (1.94km run and 1.45km walked). I'm pleased.
