Hi "WalkingWithLabradors" although I graduated from C25K in June last summer, I ran a full 5k in a PB time of 32.21 last October I have not done too much running recently, not completely given up altogether, but when it's icy and wet I just go long walks instead. Once Spring comes I'll repeat some of C25K, perhaps starting with week 3. 😊

After graduating last August ,I restarted 2 weeks ago . At week 6 ; really enjoying it. I will be repeating W8R2 early tomorrow ! So i will think of you as i'm plodding along . Hope you get out there .
