So I started week one about 3 weeks ago, restarted run one last week, couldn't manage it.
Mentally not feeling great today but my husband chucked me out with my trainers and told me I'd feel good 🤣 I ran with my 7 yr old little boy, managed it all, breathing was fine, I felt I was a little faster then last week and I completed it so happy and proud that I haven't given in. Into run 2 Sunday morning!

Well done you - and your boy ! Don’t worry if it’s hard at first. Take it slow and steady and always remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for ! It took me nine weeks of repeats to conquer week 1 and now I’m on week 8. If you want to do it enough, then you’ll do it. Happy running 😀
