I finaly completed Wk 5 run 3 - a whole 20 minutes running and I feel wonderful! Must be those endorphins!
Due to injury putting me back for 6 weeks this has taken a long time and this is my second week 5 but last time I didn't complete this run so I am really chuffed tonight.
Thank you everyone who is so supportive on here, and if you still have this run to look forward to then don't be scared you can do it. I know this becasue I did it!!!!
