Since my aborted run last week where Michael Johnson stood me up after about 20 minutes I've not been able to do another run. After a couple of days away for work, a fall at netball resulting in a swollen knee and a bang to the head hitting the court, I've had to have an enforced rest. As such i was a bit apprehensive about going back out today. But all was good! W2R2R ticked off. Was with you all in spirit but more worrying was that I was slightly envious not to be out there with you. 🤣🤣
