Hi,

Finished my last run, feeling great about it. Once I can get 5k under my belt I'm up for some park runs!

Anyone doing or done the bridge to 10k?

Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating 🎓

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the January graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K 🎓 🏃 😊.

Many graduates have continued on to 10K using the B210K podcasts

Well done! Brilliant work. Next step is consolidation runs - repeating 3x30 for awhile (until it feels easy or easier), and even doing 5k! I’m still using the app and repeating the graduation run, with different coaches for variation, because I need the help and encouragement still. Then I’m going to start looking at pace and more distance via bridge to 10k. Im sure you’ll find lots of support at ParkRun too. Huge congratulations for nailing this - onwards & onwards!!

🍾🍾🍾. Congratulations, it's a great achievement 😊

Loads of us are doing the Bridge210k this time round. I must admit I wasn't thinking about it when I immediately completed the C25K programme.

If I go to plan I will have been running for 53 weeks by the time I hit 10k, but I did lose a couple of months due to injury and did C25K again!

But it's great to have a goal.

Get a few weeks of consolidation runs in first, and then see how you feel.

Once again well done 🤩🍾🎖🏆

Yeah it soon racks up doesn't it?!

I lost some time through injury too and because of shift work I didn't follow the three runs a week strictly. I did a 7k run with a friend and that was OK!

Here's to a slow and steady build up to 10k!🤣
