At 5 weeks in, I decided it wouldn’t be presumptuous to buy some real running socks. Amazing. At 77 I have discovered I DO have an inner Fashionista. It’s those colours. Bright blue with green and orange? Yes! Or black with fluorescent green? Of course. 🎉💕 So delicious. I’m sure my inner running snail is going to be very happy from now on as I creep across the field paths. (No snow here yet; kudos to all those running in snow.) 😄

I bought some of these after week 1..main problem I find is that as I'm only a size uk4 the heel is halfway up my calf😂

Gosh yes, they have lots of toe room for my size 6 feet! Maybe a different brand? I was quite surprised to be labelled a “small”. But, as you say, the colours! 🎉
