Had no issues with this one.

It's starting to get lighter in the mornings now so, whilst the park is pretty deserted, people could definitely see me. No-one pointed and laughed (no-one took the blindest bit of notice actually).

Had some in the tank at the end.

Now for a few stretches and a warm bath.

Well I have a lot of natural padding so I don't wear anything special but I guess more layers are needed if you're a more slender build.

I am a spud so have padding as well I just wear the same thing for winter and then I'll have a Spring / Summer outfit (rather than collection)... I went out but I did put gloves on which was good!
