I did W5R1 last night and boy was it blustery! Running into a headwind is no fun, I am really getting tired of all this lousy weather - bring on some sunshine!
Wasn't sure how I'd handle the extra running but ended up feeling like I still had a little left in the tank so hopefully that bodes well for W5R2 and the much-talked-about W5R3. I try not to read too many posts about that one.
Happy running everyone, hope the weather is treating you better than it did for me last night.

The weather is to get a little better this week, although it may rain or snow later,
Congratulations to you Mr Womble on completing run 1 of week 5 in that gale,
Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 5, don't worry about that 3rd run of week 5, the program has prepared you for it, just ran it slow and steady, good luck.
Heat sounds like a nice problem right now! 😁 I'll worry about that when (if?) we get a summer. Just a respite from the wind and rain and perhaps even a bit of sunshine would go a long way!
