I was so proud to complete C25K in October, but then only a couple of weeks after I moved to a new area, it was the run up to Christmas.....blah blah blah. And now I realise I haven’t run at all in 2 months 😭
I want to get back on it tonight. But where do I start? Should I go right back to the beginning?! Or run for as long as I can in one go, trying to get to the 30 mins? Or try a few shorter intervals with gaps?
Not sure the best approach to take and just so gutted that I’m at this point. Really want to get back into the habit!

I read an article on coming back from no running and it said to cut mileage (in our case this could be duration of course) by 40% if out for more than a month and less than 3. So I’d be looking at going for a nice, slow, gentle, 15-20 minutes and seeing how easy that came.
