I started last June and had taken my time to get to week 8 until November 18. From then until now I have been running 1 - 2 -3 times a week, depending on how I feel / the weather is. Last Sunday I ran 5K in 39 minutes and I realised I must of completed the programme. So I am declaring myself a graduate! ;D
My initial reason for starting c25k was to prove to myself I could complete something I started....I've done that and gained so much more. Next challenge is 10K!
