Grrrrrr awful run tonight!

I keep telling myself, a bad run is better than no run at all. I was breathless, laboured and extremely slow. But I finished it, 30 mins. Stepping stones podcast. My fastest run was 3k in 29.19m

This is my 10th week of consolidation, I really wasn’t expecting to still be struggling.

And it’s true, you ran tonight. Interesting about the 10 weeks. I was hoping for 4 to 6 but maybe I should be thinking if 12?!

It happens sometimes.. shake the runs up maybe... some shorter,, some 5K..( no time set) some 30 minutes... and some...just see where you get to runs..new routes too. Every run you do is making you stronger and the more you do the more distance and speed evolve. It is the long slow running that builds the legs and your stamina up!

Just relax... you are a runner... let it evolve with no pressure... and if it still feels like a struggle.. slow down... Snails rock... and they get where they want to be... just watch one moving across the garden!

Go you!!!
